Dear Parents/Carers,
Welcome to Deaf Hill and Kelloe Primary Federation. We are made up of two smaller than average schools situated in County Durham. Deaf Hill Primary is situated in the village of Trimdon Station and Kelloe Primary School in the village of Kelloe. Both schools are happy and caring environments where everyone loves to learn and receives the best possible start to their education. For further information about the Federation visit our Federation Page.
We ensure that every child is provided with an excellent education that is both enjoyable and challenging. We encourage our children to be creative, unique, open-minded and independent individuals, respectful of themselves and of others in our school, our local community and the wider world.
Our schools provide a safe, stimulating and happy learning environment. We have dedicated staff who ensure that each individual child is treated with respect and pushed to attain and maximise their potential.
We think of our schools as being at the heart of the community and we believe close links between home and school are vital in providing the best education possible for all children.
Hopefully within these pages you will get a flavour of our schools and the exciting journey that children embark upon when they join us. If you would like any further information about any aspect of life at Deaf Hill Primary School or Kelloe Primary School please do not hesitate to contact me.
